WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and one seizure.

— At 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Baker Intermediate School, 1645 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 3:29 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a stove fire at 146 Buckingham Lane.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 424 Lasalle Drive.

— At 3:55 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 4274 Colby Road.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Tina L. Neal, 43, of Richmond, was charged Tuesday with no seat belt, no insurance, no registration receipt, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (second offense), first-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Tiffany Poynter, 30, of Lancaster, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and was served two warrants.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Michael James Wheatley, 44, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Joshua Patrick York, 31, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Ashley N. Bailey, 32, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

— Carlton Jacob Nickell, 24, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass.

Reports

— At 9:21 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning damage to a vehicle which occurred the previous night.

— At 9:48 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive after three people were found sleeping in an apartment which was supposed to be vacant. Joshua Patrick York, Ashley N. Bailey and Carlton Jacob Nickell were all arrested for first-degree criminal trespass.

— At 11:31 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 9 E. Broadway St. concerning a person selling counterfeit $20 bills for $5.

— At 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen bank card.

— At 3:50 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1320 Bypass Road after a lock was replaced on a storage unit without permission.

— At 7 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 103 Finley Road concerning a person making threats.

— At 9:48 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 106 Ginger Court concerning a person making threats.

— At 10:16 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protective order.

— At 10:35 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 126 Village Court concerning a stolen bicycle.
