The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court July 17, 2018, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Billy Gross Spicer, complicity to knowingly abuse or neglect of an adult, amended to wantonly abusing or neglecting an adult, pleaded guilty, recommended five years diverted for five years; complicity to first-degree unlawful imprisonment, dismissed; terroristic threatening, dismissed; sentencing Aug. 16.

— Chuck G. Webb, first-degree criminal abuse, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, sentencing Aug. 16.

— Kenneth Fugate, theft by deception over $10,000, amended to less than $10,000, pleaded guilty, recommended three years probated for five years, restitution, sentencing Sept. 6.

— Ernest M. Snowden, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, probated to drug court for two years, sentencing Aug. 16.

— Johnny Dargavell, public intoxication, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years diverted for two years; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed.

— Arthur Bangs, failure to illuminate headlamps, dismissed; first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; first-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; no operator’s license, dismissed; sentencing Aug. 16.

— Matthew King, complicity to first-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years, diverted for three years of supervised probation.

— John C. Hisoire, first-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years, diverted for three years probation.

— Gail M. Estes, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to two years and one day.

— Joseph Kennon, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.
