WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 43 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one stroke, two seizures and one overdose.

— At 8:54 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 100 Winchester Plaza. It was a false alarm.

— At 12:37 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 30 Fulton Road for a stove on fire.

— At 9:31 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 95 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 11:12 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an oven fire at 415 Country Club Drive.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Logan Lambert, 22, of Lexington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.

— Morgan A. Walden, 26, of 220 E. Washington St., was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking more than $500 and theft by unlawful taking less than $500.

Reports

— At 5:02 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Fas Mart, 5400 Revilo Road, concerning an employee theft. Morgan A. Walden was arrested and charged with theft.

— At 7:25 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 124 Shanahan Lane after someone broke into a residence.

— At 10:35 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 381 Killarney Drive after someone entered a residence and left doors and windows unlocked.

— At 10:50 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 124 Shanahan Lane concerning a dispute involving a rental property.

Accidents

— At 12:04 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway near the 2 mile marker in which Michael Atkinson of Stanton was traveling east when his vehicle went off the roadway, hit an embankment and overturned several times. Atkinson was ejected from the vehicle during the accident. He was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with severe injuries.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Justin Tyler Byrd, 21, was charged Saturday with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— Cherie Cupp Christopher, 47, was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana and was served a warrant.

— Zaire Kadeem Dudley, 24, was charged Sunday with harassment, disorderly conduct and intimidating a participant in the legal process.

— At 1:58 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 4:14 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 332 Hill St. concerning a suspicious person attempting to break into a storage building.

— At 1:58 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 4:36 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Jackson and New streets after a person was shot several times with a BB gun.

— At 6:27 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 220 Oxford Drive after someone slashed tires on a vehicle and threw a brick through a window.

— At 7:33 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 31 E. Washington St. concerning a domestic disturbance. Cherie Cupp Christopher was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and was served a warrant.

— At 7:52 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 6 Pocahontas Trail after a purse was stolen from a vehicle.

— At 9:01 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a domestic situation.

— At 10:15 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 406 and 407 Pueblo Court after someone broke into multiple vehicles.

— At 12:28 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 505 Country Club Court concerning a stolen trampoline.

— At 2:19 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 8:18 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 22 Sterling St. for a person threatening to stab the caller with a knife. Justin Tyler Byrd was arrested and charged with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 9:35 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning an assault.

— At 9:49 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 7:04 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 205 Holiday Road after someone stolen ammunition and a clip for a 9mm handgun.

— At 8:40 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 101 S. Burns Ave. for a domestic disturbance.

— At 11:28 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 50 N. Main St. concerning a person causing problems.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:49 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 11407 Irvine Road.

— At 12:04 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 4626 Athens Boonesboro Road.

— At 4:24 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 4625 Trapp Goffs Corner Road for a microwave oven on fire.

— At 11:49 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 517 Constitution Drive after a vehicle struck a structure.

— At 12:05 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway near the 2 mile marker.

— At 6:38 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Jackson Ferry and Muddy Creek roads.

— At 9:30 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 95 mile marker.
