CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Jason McVey, 39, of 123 Jefferson St., was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, reckless driving, improper signal and disregarding a stop sign.

— At 2:15 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 542 Constitution Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls and one seizure.

— At 8:14 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 95 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 8:52 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 241 S. Highland St. It was a false alarm.

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 17 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one seizure and one stroke.

— At 5:55 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1100 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 12:11 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Baker Intermediate School, 1645 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive for an alarm sounding. It was a false alarm.

— At 6:30 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 1455 Irvine Road for a tree in the utility lines.

— At 7:40 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 285 Log Lick Road for a tree in the utility lines.

— At 8:04 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Pine Ridge and Right Angle roads for an investigation.

— At 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 8:18 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 95 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Calloway White Road for an investigation.

— At 8:24 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Rockwell Road for a structure fire.

— At 10:28 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3058 Colby Road.

— At 6:39 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near 3000 Boonesboro Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— David Christopher Crowell, 42, was charged Monday with violation of an EPO/DVO and failure to appear.

— Sancha L. Hayes, 30, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of a controlled substance.

— Deonte Kesean Skinner, 27, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence (second offense).

— At 12:25 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 302 Geronimo Court concerning a stolen firearm from a vehicle.

— At 8:43 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 245 Mutual Ave. after a bicycle was found in a yard.

— At 2:32 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1920 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 5:19 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 15 Lindberg Ave. concerning a theft of checkbooks and credit cards from a residence.

— At 6:31 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a person receiving a blackmail attempt through email.

— At 7:47 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 350 N. Maple St. concerning a theft. Sancha Hayes was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and possession of a controlled substance.

— At 8:15 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 350 N. Maple St. after someone stole four packs of cigarettes and a cell phone from an unlocked vehicle.

— At 9:14 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 3469 Stamper Drive after someone attempted to break into a vehicle.

— At 9:22 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1 Carol Road for a domestic disturbance. Deonte Skinner was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (second offense).
