CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Takisha Caudell-Rosario, 39, of Booneville, was charged Saturday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license (second offense).

— At 5:09 p.m. Friday, deputies took a report concerning a possible online scam about a vehicle for sale.

— At 8:01 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 340 Browning Lane after a motorcycle was stolen from a residence.

Accidents

— At 9:54 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Casa Landa Way in which Christy R. Calvert of 111 Pintail Lane blacked out while driving and struck a mailbox. Calvert was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 8:05 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Muddy Creek Road.

— At 9:42 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Boonesboro Road and Tangleridge Lane.

— At 9:53 a.m Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Casa Landa Way.

— At 7:18 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 576 Pine Ridge Road.

— At 9:47 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Lexington Road and Westchester Drive.

— At 2:22 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3849 Becknerville Road.

— At 8:26 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at 617 Bunker Hill Drive.

— At 6:32 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a possible injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 101 mile marker.

Charged

— Brian Joseph Adams, 41, was charged Sunday with first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Carla D. Clemons, 25, was charged Saturday with endangering the welfare of a minor.

— Levi Cutcher, 55, was charged Sunday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree promoting contraband and was served a warrant.

— Jonathan D. Gambill, 29, was charged Sunday with endangering the welfare of a minor.

— Michael Scott Lemay, 48, was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault.

— Reta Lemay, 76, was charged Friday with theft by deception (three counts).

— Adam Linkous, 37, was charged Friday with speeding, driving under the influence and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Linda Sue Rivers, 48, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief.

— Ryan K. Staton, 30, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, no tail lamps and no or expired registration plate.

— Anthony Tincher, 37, was charged Saturday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— At 6:56 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1055 Early Drive after someone broke into a barn and took items.

— At 8:08 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 715 Pear Court concerning an assault. Michael Scott Lemay was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 12:20 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.

— At 3:03 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning an assault.

— At 5:23 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 5:57 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 1960 Bypass Drive concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 4:30 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 100 Buffalo Trace after someone broke into an apartment.

— At 4:52 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St concerning counterfeit money. Joseph Dewayne Clower was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument.

— At 6:10 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Linda Sue Rivers was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief.

— At 6:16 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 207 Washington Square concerning a woman who may have vandalized a vehicle.

— At 7:05 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a person pulling people over and saying he is an officer.

— At 8:04 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 109 Powe Drive after a bicycle was found in the woods.

— At 8:10 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 129 Winn Ave. for a domestic disturbance.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to two overdoses, four cardiac cases, three motor vehicle collisions, one stroke, eight transfers and 25 general medical calls.
