Winchester leaders honor Graham Johns

Graham Johns was active in a number of organizations including Main Street Winchester and broadcast sports for George Rogers Clark High School. Graham Johns passed away June 27. Lisa Johns was also appointed to serve the rest of Graham Johns’ term in the Main Street Winchester board.
