Reports
— At 6:47 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to Hibiscus Lane after a woman was bitten by a dog while she was walking.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Alicia Grace Byrd, 35, was charged Thursday as a fugitive from another state.
— Dustin R. Frye, 31, was charged Thursday with second-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and was served two warrants.
— Aaron Seth Jones, 33, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a warrant.
— Tommy Dale Martin, 62, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and was served a warrant.
— Monica Sue Milton, 46, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Jasmine Michelle Wilson, 24, was charged Thursday with alcohol intoxication, second-degree fleeing or evading police and drinking alcoholic beverages in a public place.
Reports
— At 4:03 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive for a harassing communications complaint.
— At 10:36 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Monica Milton was arrested for theft by unlawful taking.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:55 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 880 Old Ruckerville Road.
— At 6:14 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 34 S. Main St.
— At 8:28 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 117 McClure Road for an investigation.
