CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 6:22 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 3093 Mina Station Road.

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, two diabetic cases, one seizure and one obstetric case.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Kim Dwight Dearing, 47, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and resisting arrest.

— Joshua Hopkins, 35, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Anthony Ray Lee, 49, was charged Tuesday with second-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Reports

— At 3:42 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 237 Oxford Drive for an assault.

— At 6:54 am. Tuesday, officers were called to 114 Franklin Ave. for a vandalism complaint.

— At 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Hill Street and Waldo Alley concerning suspected drug activity. Joshua Hopkins was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 12:56 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of money.

— At 4:25 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 606 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a person damaging property.

— At 5:16 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 10 Taylor Ave. concerning two people wanting to fight the caller. Kim Dwight Dearing and Anthony Ray Lee were arrested.

— At 5:35 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1216 Westwood Drive concerning a stolen cat.
