— Michael Lee Holland, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year probation.

— William Hatton, second-degree escape, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Sept. 13.

— Gary Oakley, receiving stolen property (three counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years probation, drug court.

— Anthony R. Hill, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Sept. 13.

— Anthony R. Hill, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, concurrent with previous case, sentencing Sept. 13.

— Cadarrel M. Spight, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years, diverted for two years.

— Michelle Ann Preston, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.

— Benjamin Larson, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Benjamin Larson, custodial interference, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years, concurrent with previous case.

— Gertrude E. Winkler, second-degree escape, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day.

— Jason David Branham, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years.

— Jason David Branham, second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years, consecutive to previous case; fraudulent use of ID card, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 12 months concurrent.
