WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— At 4:26 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 21 N. Main St. It was a false alarm.

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one seizure.

— At 6:57 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Combs Ferry and Basin Springs roads.

— At 10:13 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a gas leak at 111 Buckner St. Firefighters ventilated the residence and stood by until Columbia Gas officials arrived.

— At 3:01 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Phoenix Academy, 100 Vaught Road. The school was having a fire drill.

— At 8:11 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Bypass Road and April Way concerning a blown transformer. Firefighters stood by until Kentucky Utilities officials arrived.

— At 8:35 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 4130 Mount Sterling Road after lightning struck a utility pole.

— At 9:12 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 391 Clintonville Road.

— At 10:03 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at the 1 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 6:08 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 90 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 6:22 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 93 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 6:44 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Cabin Creek and Ecton roads.

— At 2:42 a.m.. Sunday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 2600 Basin Springs Road.

— At 3:35 p.m. Sunday, firefighters returned to 2600 Basin Springs Road.

— At 6:59 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Combs Ferry and Basin Spring roads.

— At 10:07 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 7:18 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 4 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Robert Christian Bond, 39, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and terroristic threatening.

— Teresa I. Campbell, 48, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Donella June Clem, 41, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.

— Ricky Darrell Mahan, 33, was charged Friday with theft of identity and was served a warrant.

— Wayne Lee McIntosh, 28, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication and fourth-degree assault.

— Carlton Jacob Mickell, 24, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 6:10 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Teresa Campbell was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:17 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 117 N. Main St. concerning a trespassing complaint.

— At 12:01 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 100 Waldo Alley for a domestic disturbance. Donella June Clem was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 5:50 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 108 Holly Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 2:41 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 847 Bypass Road concerning a theft.

— At 4:03 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Carlton Jacob Nickell was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 5:12 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 103 S. Highland St. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 8:18 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 215 S. Burns Ave. for a domestic disturbance. Wayne Lee McIntosh was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault and alcohol intoxication.

— At 2:07 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a domestic disturbance.

— At 4:01 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to Kroger, 1661 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of beer. Robert Christian Bond was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 10:34 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 308 Vaught Road concerning an assault.

— At 12:31 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 10:16 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 55 N. Main St. after a person pulled a knife on the caller and damaged a tire on a vehicle.

— At 11:14 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 150 Magnolia St. concerning a stolen credit card.

— At 12:32 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 14 Linden Ave. after a girl’s bicycle was found in the back yard.

— At 8 p.m. Monday, officers were called to East Broadway and Vine streets concerning an assault.

— At 9:48 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 620 N. Maple St. for a domestic disturbance.

Charged

— Ramsey Johnson, 29, of 825 Morris Road, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault.
