The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Aug. 16, 2018, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Byron Deshane Babb, second-degree criminal trespass, pleaded guilty, recommended 364 days; first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; third-degree assault, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing Sept. 20.

— Byron Babb, first-degree wanton endangerment (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent, probated to drug court; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 days; consecutive to previous case, sentencing Sept. 20.

— Stacy Gail Schellig, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed as merged; sentencing Sept. 20.

— Stacy G. Schellig, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, concurrent with previous case; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; sentencing Sept. 20.

— John Rodgers, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Barbara A. Wood, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent; sentencing Sept. 20.

— Billy Gross Spicer, complicity to knowingly abuse or neglect of an adult, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years probation.
