CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 5:01 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 596 Marseille Blvd. concerning an assault.

— At 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 2800 Clintonville Road after someone entered a residence and stole a television.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two seizures and one overdose.

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to eight general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one seizure.

— At 11:10 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 98 Pendleton St. It was a false alarm.

— At 2:28 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1465 W. Lexington Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 2:57 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 306 Hanover Drive for a fire in an air conditioner.

— At 4:09 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Main and Washington streets.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Bethany Berniece Swann, 61, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Anthony Lloyd Wells, 37, was charged Tuesday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence (second offense) and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 1:47 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 2:31 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft of makeup brushes. Bethany Swann was arrested and charge with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 5:52 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of two laptop computers and a cell phone.

— At 8:19 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St., concerning an assault.

— At 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Speedway, 1480 W. Lexington Ave., concerning an assault and domestic disturbance.

— At 9:53 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a theft of a drink.

— At 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen video game system.

— At 1:29 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a theft of boxes.

— At 3:13 p.m. Wednesday,     officers took a report concerning a missing wallet.

— At 4:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 206 Hamilton St. concerning a theft of medication.

— At 5:33 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1025 Early Drive after someone broke into a vehicle and stole CDs.

— At 8:49 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 220 Blair Ave. after a handgun was stolen from a vehicle.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:37 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke near McClure Road and Darby Trace.

— At 9:06 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel  with a call at Iron Works and Trapp Goffs Corner roads.

— At 1:40 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Two Mile and Cole roads.

— At 6:11 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Old Boonesboro Road and Harkins Drive.

— At 7:18 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Jones Nursery Road.

— At 1:32 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 150 Old Iron Works Road. Firefighters said the fire was in a house which was being torn down.
