David Estill, 71, husband of Emma Marlene Estill, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018, at University of Kentucky Medical Center surrounded by all his family.

He was the son of the late Clifton and Virginia Lawill Estill, born on March 21, 1947, in Fayette County, Kentucky. Mr. Estill was a United States Army Vietnam Veteran and a tobacco, cattle and grain farmer. He enjoyed going fishing with his wife and brothers and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Joanna Estill (Ted) Lovelace of Clark County; two brothers, Robert and Clifton (Bonnie) Estill of Clark County; two sisters, Jane Ramirez of Richmond, VA and Susan Whitaker of Arizona; five grandchildren, India Morales, Emma Mullins, Austins Dobbs, Sam and Zane Woosley; special sister and brother-in-law, Veda Long Woosley and Rick Woosley; several nieces and nephews whom he loved very much; also special friends (sisters) Pam Ervin, Mayme and Vernie Sams; and his loyal companion, Lady.

Services will be at 2:00PM, Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 11:00AM until 2:00PM on Thursday.
