Charged

— Courtney Paige Adkins, 19, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Brandon R. Andrews, 25, was charged Saturday with leaving the scene of an accident.

— Jayme Barker, 32, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.

— Sheila Belcher, 46, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and failure of owner to maintain insurance.

— Cayla Rhae Boggs, 31, was charged Friday with possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.

— Matthew Bryant, 46, was charged Saturday with two counts of fourth-degree assault and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

— Alexis Taylor Flack, 20, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication in a public place and first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Amy Gross, 34, was charged Sunday with first-degree disorderly conduct.

— Ashley Halsey, 28, was charged Sunday with second-degree fleeing or evading police and second-degree disorderly conduct.

— Thelisa Tammy Ripy, 52, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle.

— Bethany Berniece Swann, 61, was charged Friday with second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Britta Leann Tackett, 32, was charged Saturday with second-degree fleeing or evading police and theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.

— Timothy Matthew Tipton, 42, was charged Monday with second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Amber Dawn Whalen, 28, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree criminal trespassing.

— At 12:08 a.m. Friday, officers responded to the area of Lexington Avenue and Wall Street concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 12:24 a.m. Friday, officers respond to 4 W. Washington St. concerning people smoking pot and drinking on the property.

— At 1:33 a.m. Friday, officers respond to the area of Main and Bait streets concerning public intoxication.

— At 4:21 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 17 Elizabeth St. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 6:33 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 409 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a dispute with the landlord threatening to fight the tenant.

— At 6:43 a.m. Friday, officers responded to an overdose at 62 Melbourne St.

— At 10:36 a.m. Friday, officers took a report of a stolen flute. The complainant said the flute had been pawned at Dan’s Discount.

— At 12:56 p.m. Friday, officers took a report of a violin in its case found on the street.

— At 1:27 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an overdose at 1661 Bypass Road.

— At 4:27 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the area of Maple and Washington street concerning a woman stumbling into traffic.

— At 7:33 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a shoplifter.

— At 8:10 p.m. Friday, officers respond to 11 Hughes Ave. concerning gun shots heard. Officers investigated and confirmed the noise was from fireworks.

— At 9:12 p.m. Friday, officers respond to the 96-miler marker of Interstate 64 westbound concerning children riding in the bed of a pick up truck during a storm.

— At 9:27 p.m. Friday, officers respond to a possible DUI at the area of Lexington Avenue and Bypass Road.

— At 9:35 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 60 N. Main St. concerning a loud church service causing a disturbance.

— At 11:02 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 103 Atrium Place concerning possible underage drinking and a noise disturbance.

— At 11:11 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the area of Madison Avenue and First Street concerning a noise disturbance from the Tyler Banks Housing area.

— At 11:57 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 32 Madison Ave. concerning a complaint of loud music from the Tyler Banks Housing area.

— At 2:59 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 14 Georgia St. concerning a woman screaming loudly from a nearby residence.

— At 5:42 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report of someone creating fake Facebook profiles to harass that complainant and his girlfriend. The complainant said the suspect is telling others he is a child molester.

— At 9 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 209 Pendleton St. concerning a fight in progress.

— At 10:10 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning the electricity being turned off to an apartment with two small children. The landlord told police he turned the electric off because he wanted rent to be “paid on the first, not the third.”

— At 10:20 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 4 W. Washington St. concerning someone stealing candy.

— At 11:22 a.m. Saturday, officers responded 39 S. Maple St. concerning a woman cussing at people behind Speedway.

— At 12:41 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report of a man harassing the complainant on Facebook and through text messages.

— At 2:26 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 500 Westwood Drive concerning two men vomiting outside.

— At 2:31 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road concerning shoplifting.

— At 4:47 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 140 Linden Ave. concerning an animal complaint.

— At 6:42 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report of stolen money. The complainant said she left money in the cash tray of the self checkouts at Walmart. When she returned for the money, it was gone, and claims the person in line behind her took it.

— At 8:39 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a noise complaint at 47 Bon Haven Ave.

— At 9:07 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 23 Alabama St. concerning possible drug activity.

— At 9:11 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 205 Sterling St. concern gan assault.

— At 10:17 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning someone making threats to cut another’s throat.

— At 10:48 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 60 N. Main St. concerning a noise complaint.

— At 1:12 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 221 College St. concerning strange activity. The caller said he thought something was wrong with his girlfriend after she tied two condoms together, put a razor through the wall and left on foot.

— At 11:52 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to the area of Maple Street and Holly Avenue concerning public intoxication.

— At 1:51 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 2:07 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concern someone hit in the head with a baseball bat.

— At 2:27 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to an overdose at 124 Sterling St.

— At 4:33 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 103 Atrium Place concerning a breaking and entering. The caller said someone broke into the apartment and took a TV, Playstation and other items.

— At 6:05 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 116 Windsor Drive concerning public intoxication.

— At 6:17 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report of a skimmer found on the ATM at Kentucky Bank on Colby Road.

— At 6:43 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning someone breaking into and staying in a vacant apartment without permission.

— At 10:12 p.m. Sunday, officers respond to an assault at 26 Locust Drive.

— At 12:08 a.m. Monday, officers responded to a possible DUI at Maple Street and Lexington Avenue.

— At 12:50 a.m. Monday, officers responded to an assault at 300 CG Stephenson Drive.

— At 9:46 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 620 N. Maple St. concerning a fight in progress. The caller said a woman flattened a man’s tires using a butcher knife.

— At 2:01 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a fight in progress at 126 Jefferson St.

— At 2:17 p.m. Monday, officers took a report of three TVs stolen and pawned at Dan’s Discount.

— At 2:58 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road concerning shoplifting.

— At 7:10 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 109 Kentucky St. concerning possible drug activity.

— At 10:42 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 132 Village Court concerning a stolen dog.

— At 10:57 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an assault at  27 E. Washington St.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— Over the weekend, emergency medical services responded to 50 general medical calls, 10 cardiac cases, eight respiratory cases, three diabetic cases, one stroke, three seizures and two overdoses.

— At 6:36 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at 620 N. Maple St.

— At 4:41 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an accident at the intersection of Bypass Road and McCormick Drive.

— At 12:29 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 695 N. Main St.

— At 3:30 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an accident at the intersection of Bypass and Fulton roads.

— At 4:30 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an accident at the 94-mile marker of Intersection 64 eastbound.

— At 2:21 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an accident at 325 Frontier Way.

— At 7:24 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an accident at 125 Magnolia Ave.

— At 2:20 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a  grass fire on West Washington Street.   

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Paul Wynn, 26, of 26 Heather Lane, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, resisting arrest, first-degree fleeing or evading police and was served two warrants.

— Thomas Sizemore, 41, of 121 Blakemore Lane, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence (second offense) and no registration plate.

— Brandon Adams, 29, of 107 Georgia St., was charged Monday with public intoxication, possession of methamphetamines and first-degree promoting contraband.

— Anthony Dale Perry, 36, of 5896 Schollsville Road, was charged Tuesday with second-degree forgery.

Reports

— At 5:10 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 135 Cherokee Drive after someone broke a window at a residence with a rock.

— At 3:39 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 2600 Trapp Goffs Corner concerning a theft.

— At 9:44 a.m. Monday, deputies were called to the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St., after deputy jailers found suspected methamphetamines during a search of Brandon Adams following his arrest.

— At 3:22 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 2144 Cole Road concerning an assault the previous day.

— At 9:22 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 314 Foxglove Lane after someone made changes to the caller’s cell phone plan without permission.

— At 3:57 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to Interstate 64 near Winchester after a vehicle was damaged by debris from a trailer tire from another vehicle.

Accidents

— At 4:30 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 94 mile marker in which Tyrone Tryone of Edward, North Carolina, was traveling east when a tire blew on his vehicle. The vehicle struck the center divider, crossed the eastbound lanes and went off the opposite side of the road. Tryone was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with serious injuries. Two other passengers, Trayoni Grimes and Monica Grimes, also of Edward, North Carolina, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:41 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 158 Clubhouse Drive.

— At 4:45 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a fire at 6278 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 10:47 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire near the 9 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 12:02 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 1995 McClure Road.

— At 4:13 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 312 Primrose Lane.

— At 5:42 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 4777 Old Boonesboro Road.

— At 7:53 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 422 Mount Vernon Drive.
