CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 9:52 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Dollar General, 1220 Irvine Road, concerning a theft of three pairs of headphones. The property was returned.

Accidents

— At 7:58 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road at Interstate 64 involving three vehicles. Witnesses said a car, driven by Destiny Roland of 220 Oxford Drive, ran a red light at the westbound on ramp. Roland’s car struck another vehicle, driven by Theodore Knapp of 218 Bartram Court, which then spun and struck a third vehicle, driven by Kenneth Summers of 220 Prescott Lane. Roland and Knapp were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 19 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one diabetic case, three seizures and one stroke.

— At 8:03 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 94 mile marker of Interstate 64.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:15 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a tractor fire at 5020 Combs Ferry Road.

— At 4:56 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 4777 Old Boonesboro Road.

— At 6:43 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMs personnel with a call at 755 Ecton Road.

— At 9:27 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 4575 Colby Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Vance Edward Brinegar, 27, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana.

— Rebecca Jo Campbell, 32, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served two warrants

— Darrell Lewis Hawkins, 46, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Donte Lamont Jordan, 30, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Tommy Keith Watkins, 37, was charged Wednesday with operating a non-motor vehicle under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.

Reports

— At 5:32 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning two men possibly selling drugs. Darrell Lewis Hawkins and Donte Jordan were arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 7:57 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 213 Short St. after a window was broken.

— At 6:43 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1330 Fulton Road concerning a possible sexual assault.

— At 7:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report for an emergency protection order.

— At 7:52 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 707 W. Lexington Ave. for a harassing communications complaint.

— At 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft.
