WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one respiratory case and one seizure.

— At 12:38 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 30 Beckner St. It was a false alarm.

— At 5:28 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Danielle L. Brake, 30, was charged Thursday with first-degree promoting contraband and a probation violation.

— Theron Keene Stanley, 30, was charged Thursday with improper start, no operator’s license, failure to produce insurance card and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 7:11 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 543 N. Maple St. concerning a person making threats.

— At 10:17 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats.

— At 12:51 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 480 Bullion Blvd. concerning a stolen cell phone. It was later turned in at the police station after someone picked it up my mistake.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Michael Wheatley, 44, of 111 McCullough Lane, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary.

— Steven Aiken, 18, of 101 Talbott Ave., was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary.

Reports

— At 2:30 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 757 Calloway White Road after someone drove through the caller’s gate and left the scene.

— At 3:30 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 225 Southwind Drive concerning forged checks and fraudulent use of a credit card.
