CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Kenneth Rogers, 47, of 220 Oxford Drive Apt. 36, was charged Monday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

Reports

— At 4:34 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 2060 Two Mile Road after wheels and tires were stolen from a Jeep.

— At 11 a.m. Monday, deputies took a report concerning two forged checks.

— At 4:42 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Big Stoner Road after 300 feet of copper cable was stolen between Big Stoner and Gay Evans roads.

Accidents

— At 6:41 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident at 275 Winn Ave. in which Kenneth Rogers of 220 Oxford Drive was traveling west when he lost control of his vehicle, went off the road and struck an embankment and a house. Rogers was later found in a field behind 275 Winn Ave. Rogers was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center for treatment. Rogers reportedly told deputies he had drunk 12 beers. He was arrested on multiple charges.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Jackie Clayton Soberly, 38, was charged Monday with hindering prosecution, fugitive from another state and was served a warrant.

— At 8:20 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen license plate.

— At 9:28 a.m. Monday, officers responded to the are of Lexington Avenue and Church Alley concerning equipment stolen from a work site that was found there.

— At 11:33 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen credit card.

— At 2:10 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a burglary.

— At 2:57 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 11 Wilson Lane concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 4:37 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 345 S. Main st. concerning items stolen from a vehicle and garage.

— At 7:41 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 108 W. Hickman St. concerning a woman yelling in the street and attempting to cut herself.

— At 7:54 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 117 Fitch Ave. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 11:44 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a person causing problems and a stolen cell phone.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to eight general medical calls, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and two overdoses.

— At 6:41 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at 275 Winn Ave.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:04 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 1995 McClure Road for a possible fire.
