Joan Marcum Sexton, 73, widow of Curtis Sexton, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Clark Regional Medical Center.

She was born on March 19, 1945 in Grayson, Kentucky to the late Bannan and Madge Cains Marcum. She was a door greeter at Walmart and was member of Landmark Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Tina Lewis and Sharon Summers. Three granddaughters; Alexandra Lewis, Amanda Lewis and Katie Vincent. Four great grandsons; Harrison Kincaid, Kamron Vincent, Peyton Martin and Ashton Heims, Her brother John (Joan) Marcum and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Curtis Sexton and son in law, Steven Lewis.

Services will be 2:00 PM Friday, September 21, 2018 at Landmark Baptist Church by Brother Jimmy Muncie. Burial will follow in the Clarmont Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers are Alexandria Lewis and Amanda Lewis, Clay Richardson, Boone Kincaid, Banan Parker, Kaleb Jesse, Anthony Norton and Taylor Norton. Honorary pallbearers are Harrison Kincaid and Kamron Vincent.

Visitation will be Friday, September 21, 2018 from 12:00 PM until the time of the service at Landmark Baptist Church.
