As the Winchester-Clark County Farmers’ Market nears the end of the season, it hosted a vendor chili cookoff Saturday on Depot Street. Franklin Ridge Farm took first place, followed by Double F Freezer Lamb and Bluegrass Market Garden, respectively. The market will be open from 8 a.m. to noon Saturdays through mid-October.
