Story time at Shearer

Award-winning storyteller and author Bobby Norfolk stopped at Shearer Elementary School Monday afternoon for an assembly. Norfolk said he learned about storytelling while working as a National Park Service ranger at the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. Norfolk shared a number of stories, including one about Anansi the spider stealing a magic bookbag and a creature at the end of the dark, dark hallway, as the students and teachers shared in the motions.
