WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 18 general medical calls and one respiratory case.
— At 2:11 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 102 W. Lexington Ave.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 4:06 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Old Boonesboro Road and Lynnway Drive for a vehicle stranded in high water.
— At 5:41 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Eastridge Drive.
— At 8:27 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with call on Dogwood Lane.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— William Kaelin Eades, 37, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and fugitive from another state.
Reports
— At 10:30 a.m. Monday, officers took a report for a criminal mischief complaint.
— ATt11:39 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 150 Harrod Drive after a package was stolen from a mailbox.
— At 1:06 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 108 Windridge Place after a person failed to perform work after being paid.
— At 1:45 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 201 Graves St. concerning a bicycle which was left against a fence.
— At 1:53 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 238 E. Broadway St. after someone broke into a residence.
— At 7:03 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 9 Arlington Road concerning a domestic situation over a cell phone.
— At 9:38 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a person allegedly trying to steal jeans, socks and shirts. William Kaelin Eades, 37, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and fugitive from another state.
