CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Debra Turner, 59 of Mount Sterling, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 6:15 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 1361 Big Stoner Road concerning a juvenile performing sexual acts.

— At 8:11 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 766 Dogwood Lane after a tree fell on a vehicle.

— At 9:42 a.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 1131 Iron Works Road after someone broke into a residence and removed copper wiring and plumbing materials.

Accidents

— At 5:49 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Veterans Memorial Parkway in which Keith W. Gilpin of Clay was turning onto Iron Works Road and did not see a vehicle, driven by Amanda M. Watts of Louisville, coming in the opposite direction and the two vehicles collided. Watts and her passenger, Kristen L. Crews of 75 Holiday Road, were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 5:49 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Veterans Memorial Parkway.

— At 6:21 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Cook Avenue.

— At 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 124 Hibiscus Lane for an investigation.

— At 4:57 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call ion Iron Works Road.

— At 10:23 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 875 L&E Junction Road for an investigation.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 11:27 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 101 New St. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Fred Christopher Dean, 40, was charged Tuesday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Jatasha Nicole Green, 40, was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of a credit card.

— James E. Miller, 34, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Reports

— At 12:03 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Rolling Hills Lane and Enterprise Drive concerning a person causing a disturbance. James E. Miller was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 5:33 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 19 Buckner St. after the caller found brass knuckles and needles in the front yard.

— At 11:17 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 561 Country Club Court concerning a theft of a cell phone.

— At 12:46 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 138 W. Lexington Ave. concerning thefts of money from a  residence.

— At 5:44 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft of beer.

— At 8:52 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 15 Meadowbrook Drive concerning a stolen pressure washer.
