— Cameron Barnard, receiving stolen property (firearm), pleaded guilty, recommended one year; receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, recommended one year consecutive; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; theft by deception, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; sentencing Nov. 1.
— Charles Davis, first-degree rape, pleaded guilty, recommended 10 years; first-degree sodomy, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 6.
— Matthew A. Moore, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each, consecutively for two years, probated to drug court for three years, sentencing Oct. 11.
— Brandon D. Martin, first-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Benita Sue Tolson, receiving stolen property 9firearm), pleaded guilty, recommended one year; convicted felon in possession of a firearm, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent; sentencing Oct. 11.
— Brandon D. Martin, first-degree bail jumping, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, consecutive to previous case; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Barbara A. Wood, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent.
— Christopher D. Poole, second-degree criminal abuse, pleaded guilty, sentenced to four years.
— Angela L. Litteral, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years each, consecutive, probated for five years with drug court.
— Matthew K. Houston Jr., first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (enhanced), pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years concurrent; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent; trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent.
— Byron Deshane Babb, second-degree criminal trespass, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 364 days; first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for five years with drug court; third-degree assault, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.
— Byron Babb, first-degree wanton endangerment (three counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent, consecutive to previous case; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 days concurrent.
— Stacy Gail Schellig, trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years.
— Stacy G. Schellig, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, concurrent with previous case; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.
