— Anthony R. Lee, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, dismissed; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, two days.

— Monica D. Milton, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 30 days conditionally discharged.

— John G. Rupard, possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; contempt of court, dismissed.

— Eric S. Spencer, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 30 days conditionally discharged.

— Jasmine M. Wilson, alcohol intoxication, pleaded guilty, one day; second-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, one day concurrent; drinking alcohol in a public place.

— Dustin Ray Frye, first-degree promoting contraband, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days.
