CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 2:21 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 116 Shalamar Rue concerning a hit-and-run accident after a vehicle and two mailboxes were damaged late Saturday night. Witnesses said the suspect’s vehicle was parked outside 130 Shalamar Rue. The driver, 58-year-old Tyrus R. Fortney, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, no registration plate, no registration receipt and failure to maintain insurance.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case and one obstetric case.
— At 9:25 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Hubbard and Bypass roads.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 5 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Pine Ridge Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Dee Ann Boyd, 33, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband, failure to maintain insurance, no or expired registration plate, no or expired registration receipt and tampering with physical evidence.
— James Phillip Cahal, 53, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Eric Jerome Hatton, 43, was charged Monday with public intoxication, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.
— Todd Michael Lee, 32, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.
— Andrew W. Phillips, 38, was charged Monday with first-degree burglary.

— At 8:47 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1919 Rolling Hills Lane concerning a theft.
— At 1:19 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 236 Belmont Ave. after someone broke into a vehicle during the night and took a purse.
— At 4:16 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Lexington Avenue and Oxford Drive conccerning a reckless driver.
— At 5:48 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.
— At 6:55 p.m. Monday, officers wer called to 314 Maryland Ave. concerning a stolen trailer.
— At 9:03 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft.
— At 10:19 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a vehicle stolen from Clark Regional Medical Center.
