The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Oct. 4, 2018, with Judge William Clouse presiding.

— Bobbie Jean Oaks, third-degree assault, amended to misdemeanor, pleaded guilty, 69 days, credit for time served; violation of conditions of release, pleaded guilty, 28 days, credit for time served; violation of conditions of release (two counts), dismissed.

— Michael Spoonamore Sr., flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended two years, sentencing Nov. 8; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— April N. Exum, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Darrin Ray Tays, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentence imposed. (three cases)

— Corey Nance, probation violation, stipulated to violation.

— Nichole Lainhart vs. Clark County Fiscal Court, Henry Branham, Pamela Blackburn, Joe Graham, Sheila McCord and Robert Blanton, wrongful termination.

— Midland Funding vs. Janice Puckett, seeking $8,270.99 plus interest for debt.
