CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 5:47 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to Dollar General, 1220 Irvine Road, after two bicycles were stolen.

— At 2:13 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to 105 Quail Ridge Road concerning a person making threats toward the caller.

— At 8:56 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to Dollar General, 1220 Irvine Road, after a woman stolen several items and left in a vehicle.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls and one respiratory case.

— At 9:08 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Phoenix House, 50 N. Main St. It was a false alarm.

— At 5:59 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 302 Silverton Way. It was a false alarm.

— At 8:55 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a field near Buffalo Trace for a cut tree which was on fire. It was extinguished.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:51 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Rockwell Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Rebecca J. Groves, no age given, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and third-degree criminal trespassing.

— George Cecil Harris, 38, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary.

— Jerry D. Powell, 38, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Natalie Ann Shearer, 54, was charged Thursday with rear license plate not illuminated, driving on a suspended operator’s license and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Ashley H Taylor, 33, was charged Thursday as a fugitive from another state and was served a warrant,

— Howard G. Tudor, 34, was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 6:41 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1220 Enterprise Drive for a burglary after someone broke in with a crow bar and took several items. George Cecil Harris was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.

— At 10:03 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 211 S. Burns Ave. concerning a theft of tools.

— At 1:13 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 261 Winn Ave. concerning a theft from a storage unit.

— At 3:58 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning slashed tires on a vehicle.

— At 6:42 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 105 Park Ave. after a backpack and a table were taken from a vehicle.

— At 8:43 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of DVDs. Rebecca J. Groves was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and public intoxication.
