CLARK COUNTY  SHERIFF

Reports

— At 6:14 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to Dollar General, Irvine Road, concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 10:46 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 4925 Athens Boonesboro Road concerning dogs on the caller’s property.

— At 2:07 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to American Storage, Kirt Drive, after someone broke into a storage unit and took property.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 35 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one stroke, two seizures, one overdose and one obstetric case.

— At 12:33 a.m. and 8:35 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to alarms sounding at Phoenix House Apartments, 50 N. Main St. Both incidents were false alarms.

— At 3:55 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass and Colby roads.

— At 8:39 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at 3360 Paris Road.

— At 8:02 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 421 Oxford Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 2:59 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Phoenix House Apartments, 50 N. Main St. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— On Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Rockwell Road.

— At 9 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 12150 Irvine Road.

— At 9:20 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 11:38 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 150 Teal Lane.

— At 12:40 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm sounding at 7270 Bybee Road.

— At 11:34 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 97 mile marker on Interstate 64.

— At 5:10 p.m. Sunday, firefighters provided mutual aid for a ground search in Madison County.

— At 7 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 111 Steve Court for an investigation.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Shawn Michael Beall, 40, was charged Friday with theft of mail matter, public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Stephanye Yvonne Chapman, 37, was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance, giving an officer false identifying information and public intoxication.

— Brittany N. Childers, 26, was charged Friday with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.

— Nickoel Manley, 45, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Tiffany Lynn Matthews, 28, was charged Friday with failure to maintain insurance and fugitive from another state.

— Courtney L. Neal, 25, was charged Sunday with failure to maintain insurance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on an expired operator’s license.

— Micheal W. Sallee, no age given, was charged Friday with careless driving, driving on a suspended operator’s license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 8:36 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Phoenix House, 50 N. Main St., for an alarm sounding.

— At 10:35 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 104 Pedro Way for a theft from a Dumpster.

— At 11:33 a.m. Friday officers were called to 1960 Bypass Road concerning a theft. Brittany N. Childers was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and public intoxication.

— At 3:39 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 241 E. Washington St. concerning an intoxicated person. Shawn Micheal Beall was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 5:27 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 200 Central Ave. concerning a theft of medication.

— At 6:05 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 14 White Circle after someone broke in and stole two televisions and other items.

— At 9:23 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 215 Winn Ave. after someone broke into a residence.

— At 9:55 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1100 Interstate Drive after a gun was found in a hotel room after the guest checked out.

— At 6:15 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 110 April Way concerning a possible theft.

— At 10:16 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 206 First St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 11:43 a.m. Sunday, officers took a report for a harassment complaint.

— At 12:48 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 505 Hidden Hills Way concerning a stolen lawn mower.
