Edna Sharp Witt, 93, widow of William Roy Witt, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling Hospital.

She was born in Clark County, KY, on July 23, 1925, to the late William and Pearl Eades Sharp. She was a homemaker and attended Trinity United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda (Richard) Parido; two sons, Gary (Regina) Witt and Glenn (Jaimie) Witt; seven grandchildren, Amy (Jeff) Walters, Ashley Ritchie, Kayleigh Coldiron, Justin (Samara) Witt, Madison Witt, William Elisha Witt and William Zachary Witt; seven great grandchildren, Tanner Walters, Hagan Walters, Kashton Ritchie, Arianna Witt, Gable Witt, Ariel Bailey and Nova Witt; sister, Alma Jones; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and siblings, Ollie Pyne, Raymond Sharp, Herbert Sharp, and Arthur Sharp.

Family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregivers; Shirley Hawkins, Missy Durbin, Amanda Phillips and Brenda Shrout.

Services will be at 10:00AM, Friday, October 19, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home by Pastor Eric Patterson. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Bill Sharp, Steve Sharp, Justin Witt, William Elisha Witt, William Zachary Witt, Tanner Walters, Jeff Walters, Alan Jones, Jack Jones, and Robert Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be granddaughters, great grandchildren and her caregivers.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00-7:00PM at Scobee Funeral home.
