WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, one seizure, one stroke, one respiratory case and one overdose.

— At 5:17 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Boonesboro and Old Boonesboro roads.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Paula Sue Hamilton, 43, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

— Timothy E. McDaniel, 36, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Eric Scott Parris, 43, was charged Monday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree promoting contraband.

— Sandra Kay Thacker, 48, was charged Monday with possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, one headlight and driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 8:10 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 89 Fitch Ave. concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 9:15 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft.

— At 12:45 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1500 Bypass Road concerning a theft by a “quick change” artist.

— At 12:48 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1501 Bypass Road concerning a theft by a “quick change” artist.

— At 7:17 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.

— At 8:03 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 3:19 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Boonesboro and Old Boonesboro roads.

— At 9:59 p.m. Monday firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on White Conkwright Road.

— At 10:29 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Blakemore Lane.
