WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Tasha Alexander, 38, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Craig Martin Mayer, 34, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 8:32 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a property dispute.

— At 11:16 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 6 Northern Ave. concerning the theft of a trailer loaded with tools.

— At 11:29 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1920 Bypass Road concerning her credit card information being used without permission.

— At 5:03 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 6 Northern Ave. after someone broke into a residence and stole tools.

— At 7 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 102 Park Ave. concerning the theft of two laptop computers and tools.

— At 9:11 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Tasha Alexander was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Accidents

— At noon Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident at 350 N. Maple St. in which Arnice Hatton of 308 Forest Ave. was turning left into the Dollar General parking lot and did not see an oncoming vehicle, driven by Shelby Fields of Wayne, West Virginia. Hatton was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center after complaining of face and neck pain.

Reports

— At 8:26 a.m. Monday, deputies took a report concerning a possible identity theft.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to six general medical calls, five cardiac cases and one seizure.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 11:36 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 1484 Clintonville Road for a smell of gas.

— At 11:02 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 114 Fieldstone Way.
