Charged
— John D. Clemens, 33, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespassing.
— Tammy Gross, 42, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking under $500 and tampering with physical evidence.
— Debra Hunt, 56, was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal trespassing.
— Nancy Stinnett, 33, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking under $500.
— Carol Watkins, 60, was charged Tuesday with theft by deception including cold checks under $500.

— At 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 319 Silverton Way concerning items found the appeared to have been dumped from a woman’s purse.
— At 9:44 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 951 Bypass Road concerning theft.
— At 1:14 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report of a stolen walked and unauthorized use of credit cards.
— At 1:42 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report of theft of identity.
— At 3 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to Calloway and Georgia streets concerning a downed power line obstructing traffic.
— At 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 375 E. Washington St. concerning a customer causing a disturbance.
— At 4:28 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 261 Winn Ave. concerning items missing from a storage unit.
— At 7:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 9 First St. concerning someone threatening people with a gun.
— At 8:39 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning attempted theft.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, emergency medical personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, four respiratory cases and one stroke.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 11:53 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted emergency medical services with a call on Mina Station Road.
— At 5:11 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a hay fire at 1198 Two Mile Road.
