Charged
— Melissa Carol Adams, 42, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.
— William C. Banks, 53, was charged Wednesday with careless driving, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and was served a bench warrant.
— Jamie Davis, 53, was charged Wednesday with one headlight and operating on a suspended or revoked operators license.
— Gabriel Foster, 26, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal trespassing and prescription controlled substance not in original container.

— At 12:59 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance involving a male and female in a dispute at 309 W. Lexington Ave.
— A1 1:40 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning people fighting in an apartment and disturbing neighbors.
— At 7:52 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 920 Bypass Road concerning people living in a tent behind the building.
— At 10:56 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report of vandalism at Emmanuel Baptist Church. The pastor told officers someone spray painted vulgar words on the church and broke windows.
— At 11:08 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 401 Cricket Lane concerning a stolen motorcycle.
— At 1:36 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report from a woman who said her ex-boyfriend put a sexual video of her on the internet.
— At 1:53 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a theft at 100 Moundale Ave.
— At 1:53 p.m. Wednesday, officers respond to 370 S. Burns Ave. concerning a stolen bicycle.
— At 2:57 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 15 Sterling St. concerning people arguing and throwing items from the home into the street, obstructing traffic.
— At 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 306 Moundale Court concerning items stolen from a porch and carport.
— At 3:15 p.m. Wednesday, officers reopened to the 96-mile marker of eastbound Interstate 64 concerning a possible DUI.
— At 4:36 p.m. Wednesday, officer responded to 156 Cook Ave. concerning a person going through a dumpster, throwing items out of it and talking to himself.
— At 5:07 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report of a stolen handgun from a vehicle.
— At 5:12 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 1100 Dale Drive concerning two dogs running loose.
— At 6:23 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 1859 Bypass Road concerning someone stealing items and then trying to return them to the store.
— At 6:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report of a phone scam.
— At 7:14 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 960 Interstate Drive concerning public intoxication.
— At 8:41 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 543 N. Maple St. concerning a stolen wallet, medications and phone.

— On Wednesday, emergency medical personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one seizure.
— At 6:33 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 32 Wall St.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 7:44 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a fire alarm sounding on Augusta Drive.
