Thomas Ray Book, 61, husband of Jane Book passed away Oct. 29, 2018, at his home in Salvisa, Ky.

Formerly of Winchester, Ky. Tommy was born in Taylorville, Illinois, on Feb. 6, 1957 to the late Pearl Foster and Vern Ray Book.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his step daughter Sara Bledsoe and her family in Versailles, Ky. Tommy is also survived by his sisters Janet Luick and Brenda (Daral) King and brothers James Book and Kenny Book all of Winchester. He also leaves behind nieces Audra McIntosh, Jamie Estes and Heather Patrick. Tommy dearly loved his great niece Madison Taulbee of Winchester and special cousin and lifelong friend Debbie Impastato of Marissa, Illinois.

Funeral service will be Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, at Clark Legacy Center, Frankfort, Ky. Visitation from 12:30 p.m. until 2 p.m. followed by service. Chaplain Jessie Baldridge will officiate.
