— Christopher B. Gray, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 150 days conditionally discharged; driving on a suspended operator’s license, pleaded guilty, 30 days concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence; possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, dismissed.

— Haley Marie Little third-degree assault, stipulated to probable cause, dismissed.
