It’s an Arabian night at the Leeds Center for the Arts.

Disney’s “Aladdin Jr” premieres Friday at 7:30 p.m. at Leeds.

The 1992 Academy-Award-winning film, “Aladdin” as well as 2014 hit Broadway show about Aladdin, the diamond in the rough street rat, who learns his true worth lies deep within, inspired the 2018 children’s musical, according to Leeds website. George Rogers Clark High School junior Galen Arnett and GRC freshman Ella Cooper star as Aladdin and Jasmine, respectively.
