The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 1, 2018, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.

— Dosha R. Plummer, theft by unlawful taking over $10,000, amended to less than $10,000, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Dec. 6.

— Cameron Barnard, receiving stolen property — firearm (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year consecutive; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; theft by deception, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 365 days concurrent; diverted for three years.

— Jennifer Carol Cornwell, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year diverted for two years; sentencing Dec. 6; contempt of court, dismissed.

— Stanley L. Primm, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent, sentencing Dec. 6; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; violation of conditions of release (two counts), dismissed.

— Kentucky Housing Corp. vs. Don Corder as administrator Anitra Michelle Stevens estate, Ella Stevens and unknown spouses, foreclosure.

— Karen Dunaway vs. William Dunaway, divorce.

— Gail Heflin vs. Rubien Smith, Thompson Catering and Special Events and Kentucky Association of Counties, personal injury.
