Charged

— Michelle Lynn Christie, 28, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful making under $500, prescription controlled substance not in original container, second-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and buying or possession drug paraphernalia.

— Carmela Patrick Franklin, 41, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking under $500.

— Ethan Kelley, 19, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.

— Raul Jesus Navarro, 20, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.
