The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Nov. 8, 2018, with Judge William Clouse presiding.

— Johnny Jarrett, disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, three days, credit for time served.

— David Archer, unlawful transaction with a minor, amended to first-degree sexual abuse, pleaded guilty, recommended five years, sentencing Jan. 10, 2019.

— Gregory J. Fugate, first-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended 12 years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing Dec. 13.

— Tornell Dante Fisher, receiving stolen property (firearm), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent; carrying a concealed deadly weapon, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 30 days concurrent.

— Michael Spoonamore Sr., flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years.

— Jamie Overpeck, probation violation, stipulated to violation, probation revoked, sentence imposed.

— Kimberly Henderson, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentence imposed.
