Polly A. Bell was born Feb. 4, 1956, in Winchester. She was the daughter of the late Richard H. Bell and Fannie E. Bell.

She leaves to cherish two children, Temecula Allen and Yeremiah Bell, as well as five grandchildren and two sisters, Jean and Fannie Bell of Winchester; two brothers, Chester Bell of Tampa Bay and Robert Bell of Lexington.

Visitation is 6 p.m. Tuesday followed by services at 7 p.m. at Broadway Baptist Church, 121 N. Broadway St., Winchester.
