WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Jeffrey Scott Crowe, 55, was charged Monday with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 10:01 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 1221 Bypass Road after a person’s foot was run over by a car following an argument.

— At 1:36 p.m. Monday, officers took a report for a terroristic threatening complaint.

— At 6:58 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 211 W. Hickman St. for a person causing problems.

— At 7:25 p.m. Monday, officers took a report for an emergency protection order.

— At 9:26 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 125 Park Ave. concerning a robbery of cash and a cell phone.

Accidents

— At 7:41 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Stephen Bell of 391 Colby Ridge Blvd. was turning from Cross Brook Lane onto Bypass Road when he collided with another vehicle, driven by Michael Hagedorn of 501 Corely Lane. Both drivers told police they did not see the other vehicle until the collision occurred. Hagedorn was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 19 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one seizure.

— At 9:47 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident on Paris Road near Interstate 64.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:19 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 3950 McClure Road.

— At 2:34 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 208 Albany Court.
