— Christmas open house at 21 Valentine Court, 5 to 7 p.m. Visitors can tour the building recently donated to the Bluegrass Heritage Museum by the Edward O. Guerrant Memorial Association. Refreshments will be served. Parking available in the First Christian Church lot. Building is handicap accessible.

— Clark County Community Foundation GoodGiving Challenge chili cook-off, 5 to 7 p.m. at College Park Gym. All participating nonprofits from Clark County will partner with local restaurants to prepare chili for at least 175 samples. Awards will be given to nonprofits that receive the most votes.
— Little Tumblers, 6:15 p.m. at Winchester-Clark County Parks and Recreation, 15 Wheeler Ave. Fundamentals of gymnastics class for ages 3 to 6. Meets Tuesdays from 6:15 to 7 p.m. Cost is $40 per child or $30 per child with a parks and rec family membership. For more information, call 744-9554.

— Empty Bowls fundraiser to support Clark County Community Services, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 130 Windridge Drive. Raises awareness of hunger in the community. For $20, pick a hand thrown bowl made by local potters. Bowls will be filled with homemade vegetable soup and the meal includes homemade bread by Molly Stotts.
