— Angela Clem, theft by unlawful taking, guilty plea set aside, dismissed.

— Alexis Flack, alcohol intoxication, dismissed; first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 86 days conditionally discharged.

— Mitchell Shane Griffith, first-degree criminal mischief, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 270 days conditionally discharged, restitution; theft by unlawful taking, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.
