WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— From Wednesday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 77 general medical calls, six cardiac cases, 11 respiratory cases, four strokes, three seizures and two overdoses.

— At 1:29 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 228 Third St. It was a false alarm.

— At 1:03 p.m. and 10:05 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at the Clark County Detention Center, 30 Wall St. Both incidents were false alarms.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Aaron Morris, 20, of Georgetown, was charged Friday with speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, driving on an expired operator’s license, failure to use turn signal and careless driving.

— Michael Duncan, 60, of 12 A St., was charged Friday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence (second offense), no insurance and failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.

Reports

  At 12:15 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 9 Cardinal Lane concerning an abandoned vehicle.

— At 12:40 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called ti 117 Summerhill Way after someone entered a truck in the driveway and took CDs, change and broken watches.

— At 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Storage Rentals of America, 1280 W. Therese Drive, after someone broke into a storage unit and took a number of items including tools, computers and coolers.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:23 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Salem Avenue.

— At 6:01 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 453 Mount Vernon Drive.

— At 9:56 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were responded to a report of smoke in the area near Stuff Recycling, 6169 Lexington Road.

— At 2:09 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Westmeade Drive.

— At 12:56 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Old Muddy Creek Road.

— At 9:55 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Colby and Combs Ferry roads.

Charged

— Nicholas A. Adkins, 19, was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespass

— Stephanie D. Cunningham, 43, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Anthony Clifford Eastridge, 21, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree assault.

— Stacie K. Hatton, 43, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended operator’s license and failure to illuminate headlights.

— Ryan Lacy, 25, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Eric James Lucas, 19, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Sylvester A. Martinez, 22, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, reckless driving and improper turning.

— Steven Joseph Reichel, 37, was charged Sunday with public intoxication, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Jason Allen Smart, 44, was charged Thursday with violation of an EPO/DVO, alcohol intoxication and drinking an alcoholic beverage in a public place.

— Lillian K. Tuel, 41, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia and was served two warrants.

— Jeffrey F. Wlllhoite, 44, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 10:31 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning an identity theft.

— At 12:55 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 149 Magnolia St. concerning a theft of packages.

— At 2:09 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a scam.

— At 4:07 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 1911 Bypass Road after a woman jumped out of a truck.

— At 8:08 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 9:06 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, for a trespassing complaint. Nicholas Adkins was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing.

— At 5:47 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Washington Street and Canewood Drive concerning an assault.

— At 10:35 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1135 Dale Drive concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 10:53 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 7 Windridge Drive after someone took two bags and a tablet computer from an unlocked car.

— At 11:51 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 39 Elizabeth St. concerning an assault.

— At 3:22 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft of tools.

— At 5:55 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft, Stephanie D. Cunningham was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 10:30 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 13 Victory Ave. for an EPO/DVO violation. Jason Allen Smart was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 12:41 a.m. Friday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a theft.

— At 6:54 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 224 Jackson St. concerning a person with a knife threatening another person. Anthony Eastridge was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 7:48 p.m. Friday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of boots. Jeffrey F. Willhoite was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking,

— At 1:04 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft of a game. Ryan Lacy was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 7:54 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 135 Linden Ave. after juveniles stole a plastic Santa Claus.

— At 10:47 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to Third Street concerning an assault.

— At 5:25 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 125 N. Highland St. after someone cut a lock and stole several items.

— At 7:27 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 100 Grant Alley after someone broke into a residence and took a video game system and games.

— At 8:13 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 620 N. Maple St. concerning a robbery.
