— Tiffany B. Cartwright, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30-day license suspension; leaving the scene of an accident, amended to failure to file report, pleaded guilty, 90 days jail or rehab; no or expired registration plate, dismissed; failure to maintain insurance, pleaded guilty, five days in lieu of fines; possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, 360 days jail or rehab.

— Charles D. Chandler, violation of an EPO/DVO, dismissed.

— Naomi R. Cole, third-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, 60 days, 30 days conditionally discharged.

— Dustin C. Cramer, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, sentencing Feb. 25, 2019; possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, pleaded guilty, one day.

— Roderick Griggs, fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 180 days conditionally discharged.

— William B. Robinson, second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension, pleaded guilty, 30 days; contempt of court, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— Calvin Roland, possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, 14 days; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, 14 days concurrent; violation of EPO/DVO, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 346 days conditionally discharged.

— Perry D. Sams, theft by deception, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 352 days conditionally discharged, restitution.

— Jerry Kyle Spears, failure to or improper signal, dismissed; driving under the influence (third offense), pleaded guilty, sentencing Jan. 14, 2019.

— Terry Lee Abshear, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 30 days conditionally discharged; second-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence.

— David Henderson, fourth-degree assault, pleaded ugilty, 180 days, 131 days conditionally discharged.

— Steven M. McGuire, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, pleaded guilty, 60 days, 47 days conditionally discharged, forfeit weapon.

— Brandi Parker, theft by deception, pleaded guilty, 30 days, 23 days conditionally discharge.d
