Charged
— Andrielle Kidd, 26, of 764 Dogwood Lane, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence (second offense), endangerment of a minor and no registration receipt.
Reports
— At 4:22 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 755 Dogwood Lane concerning the theft of a handgun.
— At 4:!7 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Lexington Road concerning a theft of equipment from a construction site.
— At 4:38 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Storage Rentals of America, 1280 W. Therese Drive, after someone broke into a unit and stole property.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Russell Edward Miller, 33, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking and giving an officer false identifying information.
— Tracy Washington, 34, was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence and was served a warrant.
Reports
— At 12:34 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a criminal complaint.
— At 4:54 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 4 Hiawatha Trail concerning a stolen package.
— At 7:16 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 350 N. Main St. concerning a suspicious person. Russell Edward Miller was arrested on multiple charges.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, one cardiac case and two respiratory cases.
— At 5:33 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Rockwell and Bypass roads.
