Charged

— Maria J. Maturino, no age given, was charged Tuesday with theft by deception.

— Jason M. Rimer, 36, was charged Tuesday with second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a warrant.

— At 11:42 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 339 Shoppers Drive for a harassing communications complaint.

— At 4:38 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 339 Shoppers Drive concerning a scam.

— At 9:20 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 27 Franklin Ave. concerning a stolen wallet.

— At 9:34 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 305 N. Maple St. concerning a theft. Aaron John Pentland was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 1:46 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a stolen dog.

— At 12:45 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a fight in progress.

—  At 1:33 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a possible sexual assault.

— At 10:47 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a theft of cash.

— At 7:17 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 4 Carol Road concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

— At 10:14 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 224 Jackson St. for a property damage complaint.

— At 10:15 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 510 Rolling Hills Lane concerning a theft.

— At 2:01 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 312 E. Broadway St. after someone broke into a residence and stole a television.

— At 11:28 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 261 Winn Ave. after someone took a tool box from a storage unit.

— At 2:21 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen nebulizer.

— At 4:58 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 224 Fulton Road concerning a stolen cell phone.

— At 5:07 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 548 Country CLub Court after someone broke into a residence and took a video game system.

— At 7:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center, 175 Hospital Drive, concerning an assault.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 10:55 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Earlymeade Drive and McClure Road.

— At 11:33 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 128 Holly Ave.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 7:19 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 411 Mount Vernon Drive for an oven fire.

— At 8:03 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Interstate 64 near the 104 mile marker.

— At 8:02 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 523 Constitution Drive.

— At 9:22 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector sounding at 2182 Goshen Road.

— At 10:07 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1340 White Conkwright Road.

— At 11:44 a.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 3166 Colby Road.

— At 7:51 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near 2225 Irvine Road.

— At 11:21 a.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 1268 McClure Road for an investigation.

— At 1:28 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2150 Mina Station Road.

— At 8:47 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 594 Wills Rupard Road.

— At 10:55 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Earlymeade Drive and McClure Road.

— At 11:46 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted Winchester Fire-EMS with a structure fire at 128 Holly Ave.

— At 12:01 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to South Maple Street for an investigation.

— At 5:20 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to 6615 Veterans Memorial Parkway for a grass fire.

— At 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 441 Mount Vernon Drive.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— David White, 59, of 557 Constitution Drive, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (second offense), disregarding a stop sign, no proof of insurance, careless driving and no registration receipt.

— Donte Jordan, 30, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

Kayla Boggs, 32, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Graham Quigley, 52, of Clay City, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, no insurance and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

— Brittany Childers, 26, was charged Sunday with criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.

Reports

— At 7:01 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 731 Williamsburg Drive after someone broke into a residence but nothing appeared to be missing.
