— Susan Marie Tolson, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed.

— Michael David Sparks, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 12 months concurrent.

— Jennifer Carol Cornwell, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for two years.

— Stanley L. Primm, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent, probated for three years.

— Balinda Weathers, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent, probated for three years with drug court completion; third-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 90 days concurrent; fraudulent use of an ID card, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 90 days concurrent; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Charles Davis, first-degree rape, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years.

— Erica R. Chenault, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent, probated for three years, must complete drug court.

— Dosha R. Plummer, theft by unlawful taking more than $500 but less than $10,000, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for two years.

— Christopher M. Bell, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin), pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent.

— David Taulbee, probation violation, stipulated to violation, diversion reinstated, must complete long-term treatment.

— Thomas Ballard, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to four years.

— Thomas Ballard, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year consecutive to previous case.

— Krystal Parker, intimidating a participant in legal process, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 90 days; bribing a witness, amended to facilitation, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 90 days concurrent, diverted for two years.
