CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 2 p.m. Monday, deputies took a report concerning an identity theft.

Accidents

— At 8:20 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Rockwell Road in which Daniel L. Perrin of 508 Edison Court turned left from Rockwell Village in front of an oncoming vehicle, driven by Joshua A. Berry of 115 Heather Lane. A passenger in Perrin’s vehicle, Breanna Stout, was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 20 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, six respiratory cases, one seizure and one overdose.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:32 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 417 Mount Vernon Drive.

— At 5:55 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 722 Terry Drive.

— At 10:11 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 918 Morris Road for a transformer on fire.

— At 11:31 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Schollsville and Iron Works roads.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Mary Ann Rice, 42, was charged Monday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 12:01 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 2 Linden Lane after a person failed to pay for a taxi ride and is hiding between houses.

— At 6:44 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., after someone paid with a counterfeit $20 bill.

— At 8:31 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 58 N. Main St. concerning a stolen laptop computer.
