William Clifford McCuddy, 84 years old, went to be with his Lord and Savior on December 19th, 2018.

He was born in Madison County to William Scott and Hazel McClanahan McCuddy.

He is survived by his loving wife of sixty-four years, Marjorie Shumate McCuddy, two sisters, Juanita Patrick and Delores Stamper, two daughters and their husbands, Anita and Norm Bush and Linda and Paul Merritt, a son and daughter-in-law Seth and Sandy McCuddy and daughter-in-law Jamie McCuddy.

He was a proud grandfather to Joshua Paul McCuddy, Daniel Scott McCuddy, Mathew James McCuddy, Shelby Thomas McCuddy, William Travis McCuddy and Emily Merritt Lawless and her husband Jay Lawless. He was great -grandfather to Anna Katherine McCuddy, Gabriel McCuddy, Pearse McCuddy, Charlotte McCuddy, and Alexander McCuddy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sons, Clifford Ricardo McCuddy and Marcus Scott McCuddy.

He was a long time member of Winchester Wesleyan Church and an avid fisherman.

Services will be conducted at Scobee Funeral Home by Rev. Ron Pelfrey at 2pm, Friday, December 21st. Burial will be at Clarmont Memorial Gardens with his Grandsons serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 12pm until time of service.
